The Pre Construction Phase…

The initial focus on capturing our homeowners’ vision begins with the design. TTM looks at issues of: home site topography, construction, feasibility, value engineering, market conditions, local conditions, costs estimates, scheduling and purchasing

Pre-construction Services:

  1. Open and clear communication
  2. Discussions regarding financial expectations, lifestyle requirements and architectural preferences.
  3. Home site selection assistance and/or representation
  4. Selection of a design team comprised of some of the areas most respected architects, designers, and engineers.
  5. Realistic initial cost estimates
  6. Plan review and value engineering
  7. Comprehensive scheduling for all activities prior to construction
  8. Work with Lender to insure policy and procedures will be followed
  9. Building and planning department plan submission and final permitting
